Pumping stations for reservoir pressure maintenance

Description

General technical data:
Suction pressure: from 0.2 bar
Discharge pressure: up to 410 bar
Capacity: up to 2500 m3/h

Advantages:

  • Ensuring the guaranteed operation of the pumping station without cavitation processes, by applying a multi-stage pump arrangement on one frame;
  • Smooth start-up of the whole system by sequential start-up of the units of the system;
  • Providing high reliability and a long service life of the sealing system of pump units, complete with tandem mechanical seals;
  • Complete set of instrumentation and automation provides confident and reliable operation of the pump units.

Instruments used in pumping stations provide:

  • the possibility of inclusion in the overall automatic process control system;
  • monitoring the efficiency of the filter system and the presence of injected liquid in the tank;
  • monitoring of break of the injected fluid pipeline;
  • monitoring of clogging of the injected fluid pipeline;
  • automatic control of the buffer system of tandem mechanical seals;
  • protection of the high-voltage electric line from peak current loads at the moment of starting electric drives of pumps;
  • engine protection against extreme loads and overheating.
